Isla Damas



Isla Damas







Isla Damas in the north of Chile on the coast of the Pacific ocean in the quarter region of the country. The island has a natural lanscape. It’s 60.3 hectare and belongs to the Natural Reserve National Pingüino de Humbolt. Its ground is sandy with chippings and organic matter.
The beaches The Poza and Tijeras, have White sand with shells. They have a beautifull panoramic view. Its transparents wather and quiet allowed the swim.
Some Attractions are fauna in danger of extinction and transparent beach water.
The activitys that you can do are many. Some are Swimming, tourism, navegation, recreative diving, sea kayak and picnic. Also you can see the nature and take photographs .
Its ubication is in the fourth region. About 114 kilometers northwest of The Serena, to 60 kilometers to northwest of the Higuera and to 5 kilometers to northwest of the Punta de Choros.
You can arrive from the Serena land route by the North Panamericana highway in Kilometers 473. You can go by plane from Santiago, Iquique, Antofagasta, Copiapó and La Serena. when you are at Punta of Choro take in the boat in the western direction.
